Working as a real estate professional in Central Texas since 1974 has equipped Emily Petty with experience and insight to benefit each of her clients. Since moving from Austin to Hunt in 1996, she has specialized in homes and land for sale along the Guadalupe River as well as farms and ranches in the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Emily graduated in 1979 from the Study of Advanced Real Estate Subjects at Texas A&M University. She has four children and six grandchildren. She is an active member of the Hunt United Methodist Church and are very involved in the wider Hunt community. Emily enjoys reading, gardening and walking on the beach whenever possible. Emily Petty has served as President of the Kerrville Board of REALTORS® (2006), as well as on the Education Committee, Grievance and TREPAC committees. She also served nine years on the Board of Directors for the Texas Association of REALTORS® and the Political Action Committee (TREPAC) Governmental Affairs Committee. Emily has also served on the West Kerr County Chamber of Commerce for many years and has been involved with the Hunt Garden Club since 2000. Emily is a strong proponent for private property rights for all Texans. She is a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Certified Luxury Marketing Specialist (CLMS) and an e-Pro.
